Shipping policy

We ship out typically within 2 business days so if you order on a Friday it may not get out until Tuesday. 

We do ship internationally through DHL and UPS. If these companies mess up we cannot refund you until a certain amount of time has passed (usually 30-45 days) and if you still have not received your item we will refund you and try to work through claims with DHL and UPS to recover our losses and we may require an affidavit from you swearing you did not receive the package.
