Refund policy

To return your swaddelini, the product must be unused in the original clear plastic bag and folded never been worn, washed or used in any way and be completely untouched. All returns must be shipped by the customer. If the product does not meet these standards, the product will be promptly reshipped to you and a return will not be processed. See examples of acceptable returns:

The customer is responsible for all return shipping cost and shipping cost are not eligible for refunds.

Returns are not eligible for orders older than 30 days old. International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Please do not send a return without contacting us, as we need to provide the address for returns to be shipped to. If you return an item without contacting us, we will be unable to process the return and it will be returned to sender.  

Please note, it can take an average of five business days for the refund to show on your account.

All sale items are final and can not be returned. We do not offer exchanges or returns on sale items.
